The Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) is a multi-purpose convention and exhibition center located in Louisville, Kentucky. The center is home to over 200 events each year, including trade shows, conventions, concerts, and sporting events. The KEC is one of the largest convention centers in the United States, with over 1.2 million square feet of exhibit space. The center also has a 2,000-seat theater, a 100,000-square-foot ballroom, and a variety of meeting rooms.

The KEC is a major economic driver for the Louisville region. The center generates over $1 billion in economic activity each year and supports over 10,000 jobs. The KEC was founded in 1928 as the Louisville Municipal Auditorium. The auditorium was built to host the Kentucky State Fair, which had outgrown its previous home at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.

In 1956, the Louisville Municipal Auditorium was renamed the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center. The name was changed to the Kentucky Exposition Center in 1999. The KEC has undergone several major renovations over the years. The most recent renovation was completed in 2014. The renovation added over 200,000 square feet of exhibit space, a new 2,000-seat theater, and a variety of meeting rooms.
