History of RE+ Events
RE+ Events was founded in 2007 by the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA). The company’s first event was the Solar Energy Industries Association’s annual conference, which was held in San Diego, California. In 2010, RE+ Events expanded its portfolio to include wind energy events, and the company’s name was changed to reflect this expansion.
