Outdoor Power Equipment Institute

The Outdoor Power Equipment Institute (OPEI) is the trade association for the outdoor power equipment industry. OPEI represents over 100 member companies that manufacture and distribute outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, tractors, snow blowers. OPEI is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and has a staff of over 20 employees. The association’s mission is to “serve and protect the interests of the outdoor power equipment industry.
OPEI accomplishes its mission through a variety of activities, including:
